As Corporate Director of Information Technology (CIO), you will be responsible for defining the IT vision, ensuring the governance and performance of systems and infrastructures, and aligning technology priorities with Groupe M7’s strategic ambitions. Your central role will impact all manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance and management teams.
Your future role
-
Define corporate vision, strategy and technology roadmap.

Implement consistent, standardized IT governance across all business units.

Advise the executive team on technology investments, risks, priorities and opportunities.

Manage the IT project portfolio: ERP (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, in-house systems), infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, data and generative artificial intelligence.

Oversee the performance, stability and evolution of ERP environments and ensure data quality and consistency.

Modernize and secure IT infrastructures, manage disaster recovery plans and optimize cloud and collaborative environments.

Develop and maintain an integrated corporate IT architecture, deploy a data strategy focused on quality and decision-making.

Structure IT support, support continuous improvement of critical processes and integrate emerging, high value-added technologies.

Act as main contact with technology partners, manage IT contracts and monitor SLAs.

Supervise and prioritize generative artificial intelligence and automation projects, manage deployments and train users.
Required Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.

8 to 15 years’ progressive experience in IT management, ideally in a manufacturing, multi-site environment.

Knowledge of ERP (SAP: an important asset).

Strategic vision and strong execution skills.

Mobilizing, collaborative and results-oriented leadership.

Excellent communication and change management skills.

High sense of rigor, safety and innovation.
