Your future role

You will be involved in two main areas: continuous improvement projects and day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on labor relations, labor law and health and safety.

Continuous improvement projects

  • Analysis and optimization of HR processes (integration, document management, etc.)

  • Participation in the digitization of HR tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Documentation and standardization of HR practices

  • Help improve internal communications (guides, HR newsletters, etc.)

Industrial relations and labor law

  • Helping to maintain harmonious relations with the union

  • Collective agreement monitoring and grievance management support

  • Participation in the preparation of union meetings

  • Update HR policies in line with legal requirements

  • Labour law regulatory watch

Health, safety and well-being

  • Collaboration in the follow-up of incidents and OHS programs

  • Support for healthy and safe workplace awareness initiatives

  • Participation in the organization of internal activities to enhance the employee experience

HR Operations Support

  • Writing and publishing job offers, sorting CVs, attending interviews

  • Administrative follow-up of HR and training files

  • Support for HR documentation management and compliance monitoring

Required Skills

  • Student in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Management or Administration, with an interest in labor relations

Requirements

  • Strong interest incontinuous improvement and union relations

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and rigorous skills

  • Autonomy, team spirit and initiative

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

  • Asset: knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, Planner
