As a Field Service Coordinator, you will play a key role at the intersection of service, operations, engineering, and customer support. You will help ensure the smooth planning and execution of field operations while maintaining strong communication between teams and delivering outstanding service aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
Votre futur rôle
As a Field Service Coordinator in Chile, you will be at the center of our field operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, efficient resource allocation, and high levels of client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing operational teams, overseeing safety and compliance documentation, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Your work will directly contribute to the success of innovative lifting solutions within the mining industry, in one of the most critical regions in the world.
Compétences requises
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in field service coordination or operations management, ideally in the mining sector.

Solid understanding of equipment, accreditations, and safety standards.

Experience with logistics planning, resource management, and contractor oversight.

Familiarity with Chilean labor and safety regulations (a strong asset).

Strong skills in project planning tools (e.g., OnePlan), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and data reporting.

Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are essential for internal and external communication.
