Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the design and improvement of Enduride products, while contributing to the optimization of processes within an environment focused on the Toyota Way culture.

Your future role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our technical and innovation team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all engineering activities, from design to project delivery, including the continuous optimization of our products.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage and mobilize a team of designers, draftsmen and innovation project managers.
  • Validate load calculations, test protocols and technical solutions to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Manage engineering projects from planning to delivery.
  • Provide technical support to the sales department and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and optimizing existing products.
  • Participate in marketing strategy by contributing to technology watch and technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Training: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Member of the order of Engineers of Quebec
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar position.
  • Languages: Bilingual (French and English, essential).
  • Skills: Leadership, project management, innovation, mechanical design, technical calculations.
  • Mobility: Available for occasional travel (Canada, USA, international).
  • Personal qualities: Strategic vision, analytical skills, excellent communication skills, rigor and creativity.
