Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational development of your territory. Your main objective will be to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing targeted action plans.
Your future role
1. Market Segment Mapping

Analyze the territory to identify high-potential segments

Segment customers using relevant criteria

Understand trends and specific needs within each segment
2. Mastery of Solutions, Tools, and Internal Processes

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s solutions
-
Master internal tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)
-
Stay up to date with any changes or updates
3. Customer Identification and Evaluation

Identify and prioritize customers based on potential
-
Conduct conversion analyses
-
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
4. Development and Execution of a Targeted Action Plan

Develop a conversion plan for each potential client

Define tactical objectives in collaboration with your manager

Adjust the plan based on market feedback
5. Sales Budget Preparation

Prepare the annual sales budget for your territory

Propose realistic yet ambitious targets

Work closely with senior management to align goals
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with internal teams to tailor the customer offering

Communicate specific client needs to relevant departments

Organize coordination meetings to ensure alignment
7. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Keep data up to date in the CRM

Produce regular performance and activity reports

Use internal meetings to refine tactics based on insights
8. Achievement of Sales Objectives

Set and monitor ambitious sales targets

Adjust strategies based on performance

Take corrective actions when needed to close performance gaps
Required Skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with relevant experience
-
5 years of B2B sales experience in manufactured products
- Experience in high-value technical B2B sales

Key account management skills
-
Proficient with digital tools (Office 365, Hubspot, SAP)

Bilingual in French and English
-
Field experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and autonomy

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to work remotely
