Enduride designs technical solutions that make a difference in the marketplace. As a Mechanical Engineering Drafting Technician, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of projects: designing new products, improving existing ones, interacting with our customers and providing field support. You’ll contribute directly to process optimization, product quality and performance.

Your future role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your main tasks will be :

Design and technical drawing

  • Design and draw our products according to customer specifications and Enduride standards.

  • Prepare customer approval plans, production and installation plans.

  • Keep bills of materials (BOM) and technical documentation up to date.

Estimating, planning and monitoring

  • Participate in technical estimates in support of the sales team.

  • Establish deadlines and follow up on your files, respecting deadlines and budgets.

Quality, standards and compliance

  • Ensure that drawings comply with applicable norms and internal standards.

  • Help reduce design errors and rework.

Project support and collaboration

  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support to internal teams.

  • Possible travel to customer sites to supervise or support net installation.

Product development and continuous improvement

  • Design new products and improve existing ones for greater performance and efficiency.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and standardize technical solutions.

Required Skills

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technique.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor is an asset).

  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP manufacturing management software (asset).

  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

  • Autonomy, rigor and a taste for teamwork
