As Innovation and Market Intelligence Coordinator, you will join a fast-moving organization where strategic innovation, rigorous analysis and cross-team collaboration play an essential role. You will contribute to strengthening our market positioning by supporting the understanding of needs, supporting decision-making and fostering the emergence of high value-added solutions.
Your future role
As Innovation and Market Intelligence Coordinator, you will be at the heart of Megatraction’s innovation process. You will play a key role in orchestrating initiatives that shape our future products and solutions, while supporting strategic decisions with a deep understanding of our markets, customers and competitive environment. You will be an essential facilitator between internal teams, and a driving force behind the mobilization of promising projects aligned with the company’s vision of innovation and growth.
Required Skills
Managing the innovation process
– Structuring and maintaining the product development process (PDP)
– Set up collaborative tools (SharePoint, forms, dashboards, OnePlan)
– Coordinating innovation initiatives, from ideation to market launch
– Leading innovation committees and fostering collaboration between technical, operations, sales and marketing teams
– Monitor project progress according to financial and time targets
– Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
– Act as project manager for certain key initiatives
Developing market intelligence
– Actively monitor technological and competitive trends
– Carry out or coordinate detailed market analyses to inform strategic decisions
– Meet with customers, partners and users to gather Voice of Customer data
– Formulate clear recommendations to guide innovation investment choices
Strengthening the culture of innovation
– Stimulate team participation and support the emergence of new ideas
– Develop strategic partnerships to help bring innovations to market
– Help build solid, differentiating value propositions
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, structured, curious and collaborative.
Your experience and personality will enable you to mobilize teams and actively contribute to our vision of innovation.
We’d love to meet you if you have :
– A university degree in engineering, innovation, administration or a related field
– Experience in innovation, strategic marketing or market intelligence
– Good understanding of product development (heavy/mineral industry = asset)
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment
– Fluency in French and English (Spanish an asset)
– Good command of collaborative digital tools (e.g. SharePoint, dashboards)
