Join our dynamic team at Enduride as a Machine Operator. If you enjoy working with conventional machine tools and tackling technical challenges in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.
Your future role
Operate conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, boring machine)
Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and blueprints
Make necessary adjustments to machines
Inspect produced parts according to quality standards
Use precision measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, gauges)
Perform maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment
Comply with health and safety standards
Required Skills
DEP in machining or equivalent experience
0 to 2 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome)
Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
Proficiency with conventional machine tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of the metric and imperial systems
Resourcefulness, independence, and attention to detail
Team player and good communication skills
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
